Statement assignment groups

Hi,

For the statements for countries, we created the statement assignment groups with the criteria for country and salary review category of the employees. Since these groups are dynamic in nature and due to any changes, that is happening in EC (within the criteria or conditions for statement assignment groups eg. country or salary review category), the users are getting unassigned from their original statement groups that were mapped initially and because of this even though their statements are generated employees are not able to view them in their respective EC profiles. These changes are happening frequently.

Is there any way to make the statement groups time bound, so that the users cannot get unassigned from their group even if there is a change in EC.

We are facing the gaps in the statement visibility of users, and this is being observed in every year's campaign. 

Please investigate and let us know if there is any possible solution for this.

Hi @Rajani ,

It is possible to lock the group membership of the statement assignment groups.  When editing the group, scroll to the very bottom and you will see a lock icon.  Once you enable this, the group membership will not update dynamically.
