Learning assignment duplicate - Warning message

Hello,

Does anybody know if it's possible to create an alert/pop-up or a message when the item is an assignment by a manager in duplicate?

For instance, if the item is already assigned, and the manager or an admin assigns again the item, the system just assigns like the first assignment.

Hi Luis Francisco,

If the feature is not enabled, please navigate to Learning Admin > System Administration > Application Administration > User Settings > Assignment Warning

Tick the checkbox and to warn the manager and define the threshold days based on your business requirements.

Hi LF,

there is in standard a warning message informing the manager if the same item was already assigned to the user. The LMS doesn't support the setup of additional pop-up messages. 

Please keep in mind it makes a difference if a manager assigns the training from the user side or if an administrator assigns the training from the admin side. The administrator can assign the same item to the same user multiple times without a warning. The admin would need to double-check or run a report before the assignment to verify if the item was already assigned.

It's not working when the manager assign the same items twice, Is some feature that be activated on LMS?
