Need some help with best practices for multi-language documents that need training through SuccessFactors.

1. How does your company handle the assigning of multi-language documents from your Document Management System ( DMS) to SF?

1. How does your company handle the updates to multi-language documents from your DMS to SuccessFactors (SF) when only one language needs to updated but it is part of a single SF item that has multiple languages
