General Error with error code - -27

Hi Team,

system is throwing an Error "General Error with error code - -27" while importing the Basic User Data file.

I am unable to identify the reason for the same. does any body have any idea about it.

Hello Sapna,

General Error - - 27 is related to Purged User.

There exists a user with the same username who have already been soft purged and hence, the system is not allowing to update another user with the same username.
