error "processDPCommandsEx" API(Error: Err_WIS_30270)

After a long search my problem with the error "processDPCommandsEx" API(Error: Err_WIS_30270) could not be solved. Restarting the server or chaning the user security did not resolve the problem. The error occurs in the BI launch pad.

Now the error message appear after the 3rd refreshing . The report updates itself every 5 minutes. After 15 minutes or after the 3rd refreshing the problem occurs.

How can I fix the error in the long term?

Any recent upgrade/activity on BO server?

I use BO Version 4.2 Support Pack 3

my Reporting Databases are two SQL-Databases from a MS SQL Server(204) and one BEx-Query

I believe you have already looked for other solutions.According to SAP notes it's more likely defect in particular version.Check with installling Patch.
