After a long search my problem with the error "processDPCommandsEx" API(Error: Err_WIS_30270) could not be solved. Restarting the server or chaning the user security did not resolve the problem. The error occurs in the BI launch pad.
Now the error message appear after the 3rd refreshing . The report updates itself every 5 minutes. After 15 minutes or after the 3rd refreshing the problem occurs.
How can I fix the error in the long term?

I believe you have already looked for other solutions.According to SAP notes it's more likely defect in particular version.Check with installling Patch.

It seems issue with BEx query.Check if Query stripping is enabled in the report if yes then uncheck query stripping and see.
Create a copy of the report and remove BEx query from the report and schedule it.If error will not appear then it will confirm issue is from BEx query side. Also try to create new report on BEx query only and schedule it.
I found couple of SAP Notes on this issue and some sap notes issues is resolved in BI 4.2 SP03 Patch 1 or higher. One option is to apply the patch and see if it will work or not.Or raise a SAP ticket.

I have already tested this with the BEx queries and also had the same problem. The removal has unfortunately caused nothing.
I had already tried all other hints and were also unsuccessful. I can only try to install the patch.
Are there any other approaches?
