Username's OU not found in SEN

Hi,

I cannot find an username in the root of Organizational Unit. I exported the list to a spreadsheet. I can find the name in the excel but the OU_Hierarchy column's cell is empty for that user name. Now how to find the OU for which the username belongs to?

Hi Mani,

To find the Org Units associated with an individual user:

1. Open Manager and navigate to Administration > Users
2. Search for the user record
3. Put your mouse pointer on top of the user record and the Org Unit details are displayed at the bottom, centre part of the screen.
