Hi all:
Hi
We are now testing the Team Goal Functionality in latest goal management.
We found that if the managers (who created the team goal) are terminated, the goal (owner is the manager) will disappear in the report.
The assigned goals (which has a unique ID) will exist with the own of employee.
If goal owner has not shared the team goal to a co-owner before turning to inactive, then this team goal will not be able to share any more, even not possible by importing (action SHARE) by an admin. then of course it will not be able to access, edit and assign any more either.
Only admin can update the fields employee by employee (by using this unique goal id for employee) by importing.
We would like to know if there is any way in this situation to share the goal to the new manager as a co-owner so the new manager has the full access to the team goal created by the manager terminated.
Or is there any workaround to manage in such a situation.
Regards,
Ada
