Hi Ankita,
Can you please provide some more information. Are you using Enable Now Cloud or On Premise? What version are you using? What are you trying to record? If the application you are recording is running in a browser, which browser? Do you get the error message for every application or just one application?
Unfortunately, it is very difficult to try to determine the root cause of the issue without more information.
