How do users sign-up to receive SAP CloudSupport Alerts <sapcloudsupport@alerts.ondemand.com> emails?

When on the page mentioned, click on the link at the bottom where it says Cloud System Notification Subscriptions to add to the system issues / downtime / degradation alerts
