Hi all,
Does anyone know if it is possible for an email alert to be triggered when an employee's bank information is updated, for the email to be sent to their personal email address? We have managed to set this up for employees who have a work/business email in SuccessFactors however we have been told that this is not a possibility for colleagues that do not have a work email, which unfortunately is the majority of our population. Has anyone come across this situation before and is able to advise please?
As long as personal email is set as email in the user data file (with business email that automatically syncs to the email field in the user data profile, you could look into creating an integration center job to do it for personal email in case its empty perhaps), then this could be achieved yes. For the employee it always watches this email field, so if it contains the right value (i.e. personal email) it will be sent.
