One of our COE groups is asking to be informed of change requests before they are approved but doesn't want to be tasked with an actual approval. Has anyone come across this scenario?
I had two thoughts but was hoping for any other solutions:
1 - add as an approver but set the auto approval to 1 day so there is no stall in the actual workflow
2 - add them as a contributor to the workflow. Though the downside would be that they receive all approval updates and unnecessary emails/alerts.
Any advice?
