Start by picking a safe place to keep your image online. you can also upload the image to an external secured host.
Step 2: Get a Shareable Link for Your Image
Once your picture is uploaded, get a link that anyone can use to see it. It's like having a special key to open the door to your image.
the link would look like the following: "www.example.com/image.JPG"
Step 3: Drop the Image Link into Your Email
Now comes the fun part! Use a little bit of code to drop your image into your email. go to your email template you wish to customize, at the proper part of the email content, paste the code, It's as easy as copying and pasting. Here's an example:
