About the SAP Companion Help icon (Question Mark) on Target Application

We have enabled the SAP Companion Help icon on the target SAP S4 application. As a result, we successfully see the Help icon (Question Mark) on the target SAP S4 application. However, recently we witnessed a weird issue that the Help icon sometimes disappears, and does not load. Later, suddenly, we see that Help icon. 

I checked the Workarea settings; everything seems to be fine. Any reason why this happens? Any known solution for this?

My guess is either there is no help for the app and noHelpMode=hideButton, or you're using serviceLayerVersion=SEN (or WPB) and its an authentication issue.
