Hello Experts,
We have a requirement for automatic generation of Absence Quota Type 02 when the employee has worked overtime for 7 hours. I have checked the IMG for Generation Rules for Quota Type Selection and have some question about this configuration
1. How do i set the minimum hours worked before the quota is generated? i tried to look around but didn't find any field that indicate the minimum time balance needed.
2. How do i set the validity from of the quota as the generation date and the validity end as +3 after the generation date? i'm guessing the option would be transfer time but i want to make sure what's the differences between accrual period and transfer time
The use-case would be like this :
- On 24.09.2024 if the employee have a minimum of 7 hours overtime, the time evaluation will generate 1 Day of absence quota with validity date 24.09.2024-24.12.2024
