How can we extract a field as of a specific date in a Bonus Plan eligibility rule?

Hello All,

We are working on Variable Pay template. We have a key driver for an employee to be eligible for a corresponding Bonus Plan, Payout Coefficient, which is a field within PayComponent.

It is possible that this field changes during the year. The requirement is to assign the Bonus Plan based on the value of Payout Coefficient as of 31/3.

How can we approach the creation of the rules ? @xavierlegarrec @Former Member any ideas?

There is something I don't understand in this requirement.

If it is the driver to different bonus plans as you say in the first sentence (which means potentially different weightings between sections etc), why would we only want the value as of one date as you say in the second sentence ? 

We have the point in time feature which retrieves all information from EC as one date but you probably know about this already so I'm guessing it's more complicated than that.

I think maybe it's a phrasing issue and we can chat about it to clarify, unless you can provide an example with actual employee data in this conversation ?
