I have a request to create a performance form that the overall rating should be based on three variables:
1. Objectives
2. Competencies
3. Custom variable. (I was thinking in another custom competency section)
The problem is this custom variable needs to be uploaded by the HR, the overall rating. (2076116 - Import Manual Overall Scores Configuration Guide - Performance Management (sap.com). I know is possible to mass import overall rating but if I have two competencies section how I can differentiate which section I would like to import the overall rating or is it possible to have a custom section using the custom rating 1?
