Text formatting the Label Manual rating Performance Potential Summary Section in Performance forms

Has anyone tried Text formatting the Label of Manual rating Performance Potential Summary Section in Performance forms. DTD indicates that this is possible, however I could not get the result as I tried to increase size, apply bold to the font

The attribute manual-potential-rating-label is used to customize the content of the label. The configuration of style/format is currently not supported.
