Limit the number of goals from populating in the performance form

How to limit number of goals to populate in the performance form? Suppose if we have 10 goals in the goal plan and we want only 6 to populate in the goal plan? How to do this?

It is possible to populate goals of certain categories, by adding the <obj-category> element and specifying the category ID to the XML form template. See the below KBA for further details

@Arunima  If there is no special condition on specific goals to populate , you can achieve this be doing below change in Manage Template with goal limit under Min and Max goals , Mark this as answer if this helps

Hi @MridulSharmaSF , I tried replicating this in lower instances, this does not work, even after giving min and max goals, it is not staying within this limit.

You have to set the min and max goals as well at Goal template level in XML
