Dear Partners,
We have implemented Performance Process with visibility on Employee Goal Plan provided to the HRBP and with specific steps of the Route Map given to the HRBP.
Some HRBPs have a wide visibility on all the employees that are available in SAP SF and other three HRs need to view the same information on all the employees with exception of the HR's team.
Considering that these three HRs are not HRBPs for an employee and the relationship between the HRBP and Employee is what leads the visibility of the HR Role we have proposed to allow these HRs to proxy on the HRBPs with wider visibility however the visibility will be restricted according with what we have expressed above.
Is there a possibility to limit the target population for the Proxy Role? If not, how do you suggest proceeding?
