It is possible to create a notification when a position becomes Vacant?

Hi experts,

Is it possible to create a notification/email to a group when a position becomes vacant and notify the position ID?

If not, is there any work around?

Any Ideas? I can´t find any doc.

If you are looking only to generate an email then you can use the MDF alert capability.

in the alert message please ensure to use tags [[EFFECTIVE_DATE]] and [[OBJECT_NAME]]
