Successfactor Monthly Time Sheet can't be enabled in Time Recording Approval Period

I have set the relevant permissions as required in RBP and active time tracking feature, but when I create Time Recording Approval Period this object, the system prompts that Monthly cannot be created with error message 'Monthly period length is currently not supported', there are no employee time sheet data in system, it is blank system, what I miss something, any expert could give me some tips to help to deal with this situation, thanks a lot
