Hello Experts,
We got a requirement as below and looking for any suggestions or solutions on this.
We have employees taking leave across years and they are not eligible for Bonus. But, from this year, for those employees, we want to give a benefit of first 30 day bonus and in the consecutive years, no bonus should get calculated.
For ex: if an employee goes on leave on Nov 1 2023 and returns May 30 2024. This year, 2024, we should not pay him any bonus as that employee was paid bonus for 30 days in 2023.
Am checking if any of the customers have this type of requirement and handled it. If so, let me know the solution or suggest any solution.
