LOA - Manager not updated

Hi Team, 

Direct report is on LOA(based on the right to return , position is unassigned from employee job information).In the meantime, manager of this direct report is moved to another position.

This doesn't update manager on job information of employee as he is on LOA and position is removed.

In this case , how can we  handle in updating the correct manager i.e manager's manager in Job information.

Hi Sruthi,

our customers are managing this manually by take action.

In addition, if there is org changes for example, they are taking action, enter position to propagate all changes to Job Info and before saving they are removing position to keep employee unassigned from position.

As there is R2R there is no direct connection between position and employee.
