java.lang.IllegalStateException: java.lang.IllegalStateException: com.successfactors.db.dao.DAOException: HibernateException on updating instance of type class com.successfactors.hris.bean.eo.EmpAddressInfoEO

We are getting this error when processing the new hires in onboarding in the USA. Please, can we know if anyone knows how to fix this?

Global Comp. with Employee Central Implemented and global usage of the platform. All addresses and other information in it.

@SAP what is the status on your side to solve this issue? We are currently still experiencing this and KBA 3612122 has no update ever since. Are you actively working on a solution? Asking onboardees to remove dependents each time the issue occurs, is not acceptable. Thanks

Resolution

Remove temporarily the Dependent Information and try to submit. You may add the dependent information in the Manage Pending Hire step or in the Employee Profile directly when the onbaordee is hired already.
