Errors while new hiring

While making new hire, i got error as The following fields have invalid value: Company, Division, Department while add new employee in SuccessFactors. I tried to fix the associations using Configure Object Definitions for Department, division, position and also with manage business configuration, but still the errors. Tried many ways, but still.

The error usually occurs due to data mismatch or invalid foundation object values, not just configuration.

Even if associations are correctly maintained, the system validates whether the Company, Division, and Department are active, valid as of the hire date, and correctly aligned in the hierarchy (Department → Division → Company). If any of these do not align—for example, if the Department is not linked to the selected Division or the effective dates do not match—the system throws this error.

Please verify the foundation object records, their hierarchy relationships, and effective dates in Manage Data.
