As part of the Enterprise Support Cloud Edition offering, we’re excited to announce the launch of a new Continuous Quality Check (CQC) SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding Transition focused on assisting you in transitioning from SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 1.0 to SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding. The new service will be live  and available to SAP customers on September 16th. 

The CQC SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding Transition is designed to provide a comprehensive evaluation of the transition process from Onboarding 1.0 to Onboarding. 

Benefits of this service:

  • The benefits of this service include:
  • Review current settings, use of features, and enablement of key functions.
  • Analyze effort required for the transition.
  • Receive a detailed service report that highlights effort required and key areas for consideration not only for current enabled features but also for not enabled features and features only available in new Onboarding version.
  • Optimize the possibility for a smooth transition journey.

How to request the service:

Remote Services can be requested via the Get Support application in SAP for Me (SAP Note 1296527). When submitting your request, please select:

  • Product: “Continuous Quality Check & Improvement Services”
  • Product function: “Service request for a Cloud Solution”

If you need assistance in submitting your case, you may contact your local Customer Interaction Center (CIC).
