SAP Joule Co-Pilot offers smart self-service for employees and managers. Are you ready to provide your team with an AI Assistant that improves their experience and reduces manual tasks? Join our Customer Adoption Lab to activate SAP Joule in your SAP SuccessFactors instance.

What to expect:

• Mandatory Pre-Requisite Workshop: Participants are encouraged to attend the mandatory workshop to prepare for the Hands-On Lab (you can also see the 12 steps required to be ready to activate SAP Joule on page 10 of the "SAP Joule Set Up Guide for SAP SuccessFactors" document).
• Hands-On Guided Session: Get help setting up SAP Joule in your SAP SuccessFactors instance, supervised by SAP experts. Important point to note here: If you (customer) did not sign the T&C for Joule SKU then, You can not attend Hands-on-guided session. 
• Best Practice Guide: Follow a step-by-step guide to prepare, set up, test, and activate Joule in your instance.
• Live Collaboration and Q&A: Engage with our Adoption Services Center teams for live guidance and support.

• SAP Cloud Identity Services Administrator
• SAP SuccessFactors Admin/RBP Specialist

Adoption Lab Schedule:

You should attend the Pre-Requisite Check first to get your environment ready and only after that you would be able to attend the Hands-On Lab. More sessions will be available shortly.
