Hi,
Regarding LRN-160389, where learners have the ability to access self-assigned learning activities that have been removed from their library: while we understand that this is a Universal release item, is there any way around to this? This may cause confusion as items removed from the library are not meant to be accessible to users.
For others, is this in any way beneficial to your learners?
Thank you in advance.

However, learners can't start or resume these items because they are not part of the library accessible to them.
This is a big part of that enhancement. Especially in circumstances where they self-assigned a program with the item in it or have a requirement for a class, so they can follow-up with admins on what will be needed to complete the entity and they still have visibility of the item even though they can't launch it to provide those details.
When considering manual intervention was or may be needed in both scenarios, transparency without functionality is the design choice. Alternative just as before is to run learning plan reports to see who may have an item assigned before changing a library or AssignmentProfile.
