Read Master Data on Process Order

Hi there,

We have a process order in status CRTD PRC APNG APRS BCRQ MANC SETC. But when user try to initiate a Read Master Data for Prod Version / Master Recipe / BOM, system is giving this error log:

No approval: production version 0001 has not been approved

Unreleased engineering change orders:

Engineering change order 500000000001 has not been released

I have checked on the Change Number for both the Master Recipe and Bill of Material and everything seems to be correct. Why does SAP prompting "No approval: production version 0001 has not been approved" and why is SAP trying to read Engineering Change Order 500000000001? This is an old one possibly the first Engineering Change Order generated...

Dear Check created PV Key, lot-size range, and validity period of the production version,Information on whether the production version is locked in MM MRP4 view or C223 of the header material.

The Production Version key, lot size range, and validity period of the production version can be checked on the material master right MM03?

What is the relevance of the lot size range?

Dear Yes you can check in MM03 input relevant material code(header material) select MRP4 view click on production version tab or you can check in C223 transaction too.

Lot size relevance is your production quantity range for particular validity date.

All good with the lot size range and the status of the production version used...

Any more thoughts or inputs?
