When I want to restrict the user profile in entering transaction code, I will use the "P_TCODE" & "S_TCODE" to restrict that. But I dn't know what is the mean in "P_TCODE" & "S_TCODE" ?
P_tcode was implemented even before S_tcode. It is HR equivalent of how you see s_tcode as a check. This is being still used to give additional security to HR data as they are the most important.
