can't download Customer template

Hello, I can't download the Customer template and only it (for example the "Cost Center" template I download easily) in the Migration Cockpit of S/4 installed on the virtual machine.

the only things I see from the trace log is:

Hello prithvispandana but I can download others template of the others object as "Profit Center", "Cost Center" but not for object "Customer"
