define default printer

hello all

i want to define default printer

example : when i make sales order and save it , print automatic on my printer

and the same for purchase order , returns , transfers .......etc

can you help me and let me know from where i can do that

i know this way but it is for print report for example

i need configuration like this example :

when i save sales order , it will print automatic to my printer

and the same for purchase order

Hi Samir,

I have better understanding on your enquiry. In transaction v/30 -> Output Type (you can find this info in VA03 > Menu > Extras > Output > Header > Edit).

On 'Time" tab -> Set  timing = 4.

Dear Samir,

• This can be achieved by modifying your respective condition records for dispatch time as 4:Send Immediately (when saving the application).
• Corresponding output will go to spool, from SP02 user can take all printout of his transactions at the same time. Other wise we have to schedule a background job to execute automatic printing from the spool.
