Short dump when processing ECC messages COD1/3/4

Hi,

when we create a followup document from C4C opportunity (e.g. SD quotation), the quotation is created and message COD1 is executed on ECC.

If we now perform changes on the quotation in ECC a dump happens during save.

Can anyone help me on that?

Hi Florian,

Have you tried debugging to see which parameters are missing from the PERFORM statement as mentioned in the error screenshot provided by you?

If you do not know ABAP, you will need help from an ABAP developer in your organization to analyse the dump & debug to find which mandatory parameters are missing from the PERFORM statement & perform the code correction accordingly to fix the dump issue.

Hi Ankur,

problem solved.

For message COD1, it is required to disable the option "Multiple issuing". In the C4C documentation it is stated to be enabled.
