SAP CRM 7.0 basic tutorial

Hi,

Can someone provide me the basic learning tutorial guide for SAP CRM 7.0.What is the basic prerequisite to learn SAP CRM? From last four year i am working in SAP Net weaver (EP) as a consultant. I have also worked in ECC as backend system.

Hello Kundan!

From my point of view the CRM eLearnings for this Community are really helpful. For sure not all Videos are related to basic functions of CRM, but there are many Videos explaining how CRM works and why it works this way.

There are also good Blogs explaining basic thinks. Just enter the Section Blogs and filter for CRM.
