HTTP request failed error

Hello experts - we are using Amazon services to send out a test email from Hybris Marketing. The required configuration settings have been maintained in SM59 (for creating the connection), SCOT and SPRO (defining service provider) transactions of Hybris Marketing.

We created a campaign template and were trying to send out a test email. But we are seeing the below error

Did anybody experience this error before? Any tips on how to get this resolved? Any help will be grateful.

Hi Jack,

It seems that you are using SES (smtp version). Please change the service from smtp to http in SES.

Hello Shimon,

Yes we have currently configure SES which is using SMTP API, we are not able to find in SES for HTTP API.

Kindly give us the steps where we can select the HTTP service.
