Errors while using BAPI BAPI_INSPECTIONPLAN_CREATE

HI all,

I am getting below errors while populating fields using BAPI:

E Inspection Plan Not Created

E

S Dynamic modification criteria are proposed according to task list usage 5

E Unit ****** cannot be converted to unit EA from material master PLA1111111111153

E Material-routing assignment: Consistency check not successful

E Operation unit of measure ****** does not exist

E Consistency check not successful when creating operation

E Method Test123, version , plant 0108 is not available

A Inspection characteristic cannot be uniquely assigned to one operation - Error in parameter INSPCHAR

But..when i use the same data and execute directly from BAPI(without writing the code in se38)...it is executing correctly...with no errors..

How can i solve above errors..pls help...

I am also getting the same issues.. Are you able to solve these issues..if so please let me know how..it will be very useful...
