Hello SDN Community,
When I log on SAP then following error occures.
"Partner '127.0.0.1:sapdp00 not reached
WSAECONNREFUSED: Connection refused"
I installed mini SAP on my own laptop and it does not have any server connection. Is it poosible that is the problem?
Regards,
Bilal

AnswerRequest clarification before answering.
Did you install MiniSAP 46D or the NetWeaver Sneak Preview ABAP Stack?
For the first...You need to open the DOS window and keep it running...
For the latter...Do you have the Microsoft Loopback adapter?
Did you start the Management Console?

I too am getting this error
partner '127.0.0.1:sapdp00' not reached
and WSAECONNREFUSED Connection Refused
I downloaded the SAP Netweaver 7.0 Trial version and unpacked the first file etc. and then installed the software. During this process I got an error = 200 message Java error.
I then installed Java Developer Kit thinking that that may solve the problem. I did not re-install anything at this point.
Should I have done so?
On another thread I saw that I should have Microsoft Loopback adapter installed. This I did but the icon in the Windows XP start bar says that the Local Area Connection 3 has limited or no connectivity. I think this may be my problem but I don't know how to resolve the issue.
Does anyone have any ideas?
