In this blog post, SAP’s Daniel Wroblewski shares his Top 10 List of what makes Devtoberfest so great. Number 10 is that cool game board. Number 9 is how cat lovers and dog lovers can call a truce and come together for the sake of SAP Learning, as part of Petoberfest.
It goes on from there including SAP Build with 16 sessions related just to SAP Build and low-code no-code development. You can find them all in the Devtoberfest event calendar.

This month’s challenge is to build a full-stack application based on the domain of tests/exams like in a school set-up. This holistic approach encompasses both backend and frontend development, leveraging the robust capabilities of SAP Cloud Application Programming Model (CAP) on the server-side and SAP Fiori elements with annotations on the client-side.
As this is the final developer challenge for the year, it will require extra effort and time compared with the previous developer challenges. This challenge will require putting into practice some concepts gained from the previous challenges and researching a little more to complete the weekly tasks.
It will cover essential facets of full-stack development ranging from database modeling, API development and consumption, user interface implementation and error/exception handling. Read more about how to participate in this blog post.
