Hi Abhishek, Existing employees are expected to be synced to SF using regular sync via jobs/APIs which you would already have before enabling this integration for Onboarding New hires. Thanks, Smita

HI Ashwini, User id remains same for Onboarding new hire (external user) once he/she is converted to employee and hence all learning records should be available for Employee after conversion. Thanks, Smita
