Hi,
I am new to workflow.I have 2 issues in workflow development.
1.Rejection reason is not updating in notification mail of the initiator.
2. Duplicate mails are getting to the previous approvers. For EX : I have 3 levels of approvers A, B andC, If 1st level approval is completed,Then it should go to the B inbox. But actually it is going to A and B's inbox. For the third level approval it is going to the A,B,A's inboxes. It should go only to the B in the second level and only to the C in the third level approval.Any leads ?

I used rule for agent determination instead of expression and the issue resolved.Hence closing the thread.

Hi Nabheet,
We are using a z-table to store the user names and we are reading using a BO method. In workflow we are using an expression to determine the agent.

Geetha you need to look at your agent determination. Check your logs, are you using rules or how are you determining the agent?

Hi,
The only way for me to solve your issues would be to have access to your system and read the workflow model and the workflow log to understand what has happened.
So without involving an SAP workflow consultant or without first investing in acquiring sufficient basic workflow knowledge you won't solve your problems.
Kind regards, Rob Dielemans
