Workflow read rejection and duplicate mail issues

Hi,

I am new to workflow.I have 2 issues in workflow development.

1.Rejection reason is not updating in notification mail of the initiator.

2. Duplicate mails are getting to the previous approvers. For EX : I have 3 levels of approvers A, B andC, If 1st level approval is completed,Then it should go to the B inbox.But actually it is going to A and B's inbox.For the third level approval it is going to the A,B,A's inboxes.It should go only to the B in the second level and only to the C in the third level approval.Any leads ?

I used rule for agent determination instead of expression and the issue resolved.Hence closing the thread.
