Uploading CBTA script from XML

Hello, Experts!

I have encountered a problem with uploading CBTA script via SECATT transaction.

First, script was downloaded into XML file on hard drive (https://help.sap.com/saphelp_erp2005/helpdata/en/a9/2b643c95095d58e10000000a114084/content.htm?no_cache=true)

Then, script was uploaded successfully:

But when i open this script in test repository it has no Executable Object and Test Profile:

even though it is here in XML file:

So, the question is: how to fix this? how to upload script from xml file completely, with Executable Obj. and Test Profile?

Or, is there any other way to download and upload CBTA script except via SECATT transaction?
