Tutorial Use Machine Learning to Extract Information from Documents with Swagger UI - error 500

Hi,

I'm following the tutorial Use Machine Learning to Extract Information from Documents with Swagger UI | SAP Tutorials.

When I try querying or posting data, it always returns error 500.

I'm using Trial subaccount - service instance SAP Document AI Trial - plan Default.

Has anyone encountered this issue?

Hi Tri, can you kindly leverage a bit more on the question? I have tried it by myself, strictly following the tutorial here: https://developers.sap.com/tutorials/cp-aibus-dox-booster-key.html, i.e. creating a new trial account (new global account), then running the booster and following the examples from https://developers.sap.com/tutorials/cp-aibus-dox-web-oauth-token.html and https://developers.sap.com/tutorials/cp-aibus-dox-swagger-ui.html to create a successful request. It can potentially be that you have multiple instances in the subaccount or encountered an onboarding error before? Then, I recommend to simply create a completely new trial account and following the tutorial again. If you still encounter issues, you can also use our support tooling: https://help.sap.com/docs/document-information-extraction/document-information-extraction/getting-su... and tell us at least your region information and global id and subaccount id, and the request you're trying (which endpoint?).
