Hello there,
In order to start a session with SAP, it is said to have an installation of Sol Man with SP20-SP22.
I'm a bit confused about the support package (or stack).
When I looked into System > Status > Shift + F5, I can see that we are on Supp. Pckg Level 15.
But I've got this :
SAP_BASIS SAPKB70102
SAP_ABA SAPKA70102
SAP_BW SAPKW70102
SAP_AP SAPKNA7012
... and so on
I think it corresponds to SPS18. Am I right ?
So regarding the prerequisits, what should I upgrade ?
Thanks for your answer

Hi ,
This will give you the stack info:
https://websmp102.sap-ag.de/sp-stacks
just go to :
SAP Support Package Stacks
and select
SAP enhancement package 1 for SAP Solution Manager 7.0
