Hi All,

I have upgrade sap router license, now the problem is when SAP is trying to connect server through R/3 connection they are not able to connect its giving SNC error. OSS connection is working fine in servers.

When i have checked the command  niping -c -O -S 3299 -H 192.168.1.6 it is giving error.

Thanks for your quick response,

We are not facing any kind of issue in the gateway or SAP servers. users are able to login to SAP servers through sap router, but the  some problem exist in the saprouter , when the SAP support team want to connect to the server they are not able to login to server.

i have tested the connection through command   niping -s it is OK but when is use the command

niping -c -O -S 3299 -H 192.168.1.6

it is giving the below error

Hi,

This error generally happens with firewall .Share your firewall details as well & i also suggest you to navigate scn link   for same issue.
