SAP Learning Hub subscription activation

Hello SAP Learning Hub Community,

I am reaching out to seek assistance regarding a delay in the activation of my SAP Learning Hub subscription renewal. Payment for subscription renewal was successfully made on February 27th, 2026 , It has been over 10 days, but my subscription is still not activated, I raised a support case with the SAP Learning team — they redirected me to SAP Store and subsequently raised a ticket with SAP Store, but have not received any response yet.

Could anyone from the community or the SAP team please advise:
1. Is there a known delay in subscription activations currently?
2. Is there an escalation path or a direct contact I can reach out to for faster resolution?
3. What is the expected SLA for subscription activation after a renewal payment?

Any guidance or support would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance!

Hello,

Regarding the delay in activating my SAP Learning Hub subscription after renewal, and share the resolution — hoping this helps others who may face the same issue.  After raising cases with the SAP Learning team and SAP Store, I realized the activation was not a backend issue at all. For subscription renewals, the license assignment needs to be done manually by the user themselves.

Follow these simple steps to assign your license and activate access:

1. Log in to SAP My Learning ->Go to My Profile -> Navigate to User and License Management-> Assign your Email ID and S-User ID
After few minutes ,Your subscription access will be activated!

This step is easy to miss during the renewal process, as it is not prominently highlighted. If your subscription is not activated after renewal payment, please check this before raising a support ticket — it will save you time and effort!
