Error in Assigning Payment Option

Hi,

I've tried assigning a credit card payment option to one of our SAP Learning Hub subscription invoice and it encountered an error(says "Assignment of a payment option to an order failed in 1 case. Please Try again.). I've tried assigning it again but got the same error after a day. Can someone look into this please? We want to pay order #PHONE_NUMBER with PERSON_NAME Kwawu's credit card saved in our payment options.

This support component (XX-SER-FORME) is meant for SAP for Me standard technical issue.

As I checked the description, it seems your issue occurs on SAP Learning Hub. However our support team do not have relevant authorization to help issue occurs on SAP Learning Hub.
