I am writing to escalate an unresolved issue with my SAP BTP trial account registration that has now been open for over two months without resolution.
Summary of the issue:
- I have attempted to register for the SAP BTP free trial multiple times.
- There is no error message shown during registration — the form accepts my details normally and confirms that a verification code has been sent to my phone via SMS.
- However, the SMS code itself never actually arrives. No failure notice, no bounce — it simply never shows up, so I cannot proceed past phone verification.
- I have confirmed my phone number is entered correctly in international format, waited well beyond the normal delivery window, tried requesting the code multiple times on different days, and confirmed no VPN is active.
- This is a personal, non-commercial learning account, so I have no system administrator to escalate to internally.
What I need:
I would appreciate a direct resolution — either a manual account activation, an alternative verification method (e.g. email-based instead of SMS), or confirmation of whether this is a known backend delivery issue currently affecting trial signups, along with an estimated timeframe for a fix.
Could someone please look into this directly and provide an update? I'm happy to supply any additional details (registration email, phone number, screenshots) needed to resolve this quickly.
