Hi All,
My system was running smoothly all along for several years no, suddenly last 15 Aug 2019 pm, I started to have this issue stated in the subject line.
I checked and double checked user name, password, smtp configuration. gmail account, everything is correct and in order.
Still im having failed to send messages as per issue stated above.
Can help me by giving another area to look into.
Possible source of the error.

Checked, re entered all the credentials. Tried this several times. Same issue with our India and China office.
Still we couldn't make it work.
Ended up getting third party software to do the job.

Its a basic question from SAP BO server is having internet access either proxy or direct access?

Could it be possible to update the Authentication to "Login" Username/password as below,

It's coming from my SAP Business Objects Central Management Console.
I have checked the configuration of my SMPT server and everything is correct.

As you haven't mentioned your product, its impossible to say for sure, but I would start resolving this issue by talking to your SMPT server administrator as the error appear to be coming from there.
